Elle-gant Emma
-Posted by: Mapi
Emma Watson brings out the edge on the August 2009 cover of Elle UK. In the upcoming issue she dishes on her college decisions, her future and how her dad handles her money. Check it:
On making the decision to go to college: “It’s going to sound dramatic, but I feel like it’s going to be my life over as I know it. My whole life has been about and then all of that’s going to shut down and I don’t know what that will be like. I go to university in September – I’ll be doing bits and bobs at Christmas, but September feels like my cut off point, when I’ll really stop Harry Potter.” Also, check some new modeling pics HERE. And comment about this at the FORUM. ... Read More ...

Emma to be a "secret student"
-Posted by: Mapi
Emma Watson is reportedly set to study at America's Columbia University, registering under her middle name of Charlotte.
She said recently: "I just want to keep my college choice private for as long as I can. I probably sound like a paranoid nut, but I'm doing this because I want to be normal. I really want anonymity. I want to do it properly, like everyone else. As long as I don't walk in, and see, like, 'Harry Potter' posters everywhere, I'll be fine." ... Read More ...

-Posted by: Mapi
Harry Potter star Emma Watson has dismissed rumours of a break-up with her long-term boyfriend, Jay Barrymore.
The actress blamed the tabloid press for the rumours and revealed that her relationship with the financer is still strong.

Emma Enchanted
-Posted by: Bing
Emma Watson has magically transformed from Harry Potter's precocious overachiever to a full-blown glamour girl. Now the sassy star starts her next act--college.
She was just shy of ten years old when she took on the role of Hermione Granger, the bookish, bushy-haired sidekick to the titular hero of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. So feverishly anticipated was that first film--and so beloved were its four sequels (the fifth, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, hits theaters this month)--that Emma Watson, now nineteen, has been world-famous for more than half her life.

Emma in Teen Vogue
-Posted by: Lilli
Emma Watson, 19, was interviewed by the newest Teen Vogue issue for August. More photos in our gallery.
On her personal style: "It's kind of my lucky brand [Chanel], a fail-safe. I live, really, in jeans from Topshop, blazers from Ralph Lauren or Reiss, and ballet flats. It's very hard to describe your own style and I'm young, so I'm still experimenting. But I think it's quite British and very much about individuality. There's nothing interesting about looking perfect--you lose the point. You want what you're wearing to say something about you, about who you are."
On her on-screen romance with Rupert Grint in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince: "At the beginning, it looks like they're on their way to finally being together, but of course Ron screws it up. So she's jealous, and doesn't quite realize it, and they have all these arguments."
On making a decision to go to college: "I've been saying that I wanted to go to university since I was eleven, so if they didn't let me, I'd be pretty upset. I just want to keep it private [my university choice] for as long as I can. I probably sound like a paranoid nut, but I'm doing this because I want to be normal. I really want anonymity. I want to do it properly, like everyone else. As long as I don't walk in, and see, like, Harry Potter posters everywhere, I'll be fine."
